ECLIPSE has been developed by an international group of researchers, including benthic and plankton biologist, geologist, technicians and Ph D students. This project intend to investigate the current extent of biodiversity in coastal benthic Antarctic communities and to evaluate the effect of glacier retreat, as consequence of climate change, in these communities.
